This Healing Sound Bath is an invitation to slow down, let go, and be gently held by sound. Using a blend of crystal singing bowls, therapeutic instruments, and healing frequencies, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where the nervous system can unwind and the body can return to balance.

Sound works beyond the thinking mind supporting emotional release, energetic clearing, and deep rest without the need to talk, analyse, or do anything at all. All you are asked to do is lie back, breathe, and receive.
