Our mission is to create a nurturing setup and space where people can heal, grow, and thrive on their journey.

We host events and 1-1's in both London and Glastonbury, offering unique experiences in these vibrant spiritual hubs. Our Shop called Moon Haven Emporium is a curated collection of sacred tools and treasures to support your spiritual journey. Within its shelves you’ll find crystals, spell jars, ritual kits, handmade candles, incense, oracle cards, crystal jewellery, and other enchanted creations — each lovingly infused with intention and energy. A place where magic meets mindfulness, and every item invites connection, healing, and transformation. We have our shop online here, plus Etsy (which will eventually migrate here). 🧝‍♀️As i was getting ready for my vision board workshop, it got me thinking. How big are our visions? And i don't mean the plans or one-year resolutions, i mean THE vision, your ultimate goal, your big why. Are we brave enough to acknowledge the greatness of it? Or are we making it smaller to fit in - too big, too brave, too unrealistic, too naive, too confident, too xyz? I know that it would be very rare for me to share my big vision, where I want to be, as it seems so far away at the moment so sometimes I settle for a smaller picture of my ideal day as a vision, and not the whole picture.

🔮There is a sacred kind of fear that appears when your soul shows you a vision bigger than the life you’ve known.
Not the fear that shrinks you but the fear that stretches you.
The fear that signals you’re standing at the edge of your becoming.

In the world of eggs (and cracked eggs) I could be an omelette😆
Not even sure how many cracks I've had over the years, but one thing is clear, if you're alone, its so much more difficult to live life. As I am going through my quantum crumble, let me tell you, its not that it matters, it makes a huuuuuge difference to your life and your psyche while you're processing.

Not all friendships last, some of them are seasonal. Some seasons are long, some are super short. You know how many "friends" i lost when I decided to be a holistic practitioner? Loads! And some of them just chose to fade away and drift away, some chose not to understand or support - literally their friendship doesn't cover my holistic business. Some ask me every time they reach out: "Sooo, have you started looking for a real job now?"

The most beautiful thing about it? Those who chose to stay friends have been an insane beam of light and support, its like our friendship keeps elevating more and more. And so many wonderful beautiful souls entered my life and by now I can't even remember what it was like without them in my life, feels like I've known them for years and years!

Isn’t that the beauty of real friendship?
To be seen exactly as you are — cracks, quirks, chaos and all — and still be loved not despite them, but because of them.

True friends aren’t those who polish your shell to perfection.
They’re the ones who hold space when you’re falling apart, who laugh with you when life feels absurd, who remind you of your light when you can’t see it yourself.

They see your wholeness through your imperfections,
and in their presence, you remember that being human — gloriously, messily human — is more than enough.

In a world obsessed with filters, façades, cool jobs, fancy salaries and curated perfection, friendship is one of the last sacred spaces where we can exhale and simply be.

If i could have a pound for every instance I was close to giving up, I would be a millionaire for sure. What I learnt is that moving the needle, however small that movement is, creates that energy and momentum to go on. One foot in front of the other, one day at a time. And ofc I am not talking about spiritual bypassing, and not talking about toxic positivity where we blindly go on. No.

What i found that works for me is having that safe container where i allow myself not to do anything (literally nothing!) - sometimes half hour or a few hours, sometimes a day. But then I get out there and get shit done. Sometimes little shit, tiny, but giving myself that boost, hey, you can do it, its not that scary - and after a couple of small wins and completed actions, I'm ready to swing again. And again - bigger and bigger.

The Universe meets us halfway but it can only move once we do.
Too often we wait for perfect timing, divine signs, or a clearer path… forgetting that movement is the magic that unlocks clarity.

Action is an act of faith.
It’s saying to the Universe: I’m ready.
It’s stepping forward even when your knees tremble, trusting that the ground will rise to meet you.

Massive, determined action isn’t about burnout or doing for the sake of doing, it’s about alignment with purpose.
It’s the blend of soul and strategy.
It’s your intuition whispering the direction, and your courage taking the step.

Because success - in whatever form it takes for you - doesn’t appear in stillness or wishing.
It’s born from a thousand small moments of commitment,
from showing up when it’s hard,
from continuing when you’re unsure,
and from believing in your vision long before anyone else can see it.

You don’t need the whole staircase, just the courage to take the next step with determination and heart.

Going through my dark night of the soul and quantum crumble period, and... boom!🔮🧝‍♀️ Today - of all days - received these magical cards from @rebeccacampbell_author 😍

When the new deck called "Inner Temple" was released, I ordered it pretty much straight away, and then I saw on Instagram that you could register it on Rebecca's website and she will pull 2 cards for you, ofc I was 🏃‍♀️👟💨

With everything happening at the moment, I completely forgot about it, until today! And its right after the full supermoon was shining upon my shadows like a big stage projector with no place to hide. As these days were quite tough, it couldn't have come at a better time,literally when I needed it most

🔮SOUL WHISPER: DESTINY LIFE
This hits so hard:"it takes courage to live a destiny life, it requires you to trust yourself above all else and to live life... to trust and follow the voice within..."
And then this:"you have a decision to make: do you choose the fated life or destiny life?Do you choose the safe option or the courageous one that makes you come alive?"

Ask me any time in the last 1.5year since I left the corporate world,my answer would've been so fast& unapologetic, as I've been truly living the life of my dreams, or even better than the dreams and my wildest dreams" but I have been questioning it a lot, whether I am delusional,naive,romanticising it all? Ofc, everything is energy exchange,so it has a price. The price i paid was physical health, stability, travel, friends, comfort, opportunities to see my family more, security, home&other things I dreamed of. Now, going through my quantum crumble I'm dancing with my shadows shedding & stepping more into the light that burns your skin &becomes unbearable

🔮GROUNDED ACTION: CHAMBER OF HEALING
Just when I thought I have done soooo much healing and literally peeled so many layers off, there are still some unknown depths, and honestly I'm not 100% sure I can swim back up

A couple of weeks ago we visited 🔮The Dark Secrets🔮 esoteric exhibition @darksecrets_exhibition in the Vaults in Waterloo, and booooy it was fun! 27 rooms of carefully curated experience taking you on a journey through time and mysticism! Got waaaay too many pictures and videos to fit into one - and have been so busy it took me almost 3 weeks to post this one lol

I remember when I was little my granmi used to tell me that as you get older and older, time starts to accelerate and starts flying, you don't even notice how, but then poof and its gone... ruthless and unstoppable... I didn't believe her, there was sooo much of it!
But.
Time moves, always forward, never pausing, never waiting for us to catch up.
Days blur into weeks, weeks into months, and suddenly… another year has passed.

And yet — within this unstoppable flow, we are not powerless.
We are the pilots.
We decide the direction.
We choose how we spend our minutes, our energy, our love.

The truth is, most of us are not short on time — we’re short on presence.
We fill our calendars but forget to fill our moments.
We rush through mornings, scroll through evenings, and wonder why we feel disconnected from our own lives.

But when you remember that you’re in the cockpit —
that you can slow down, redirect, and choose differently —
everything changes.

You start asking:
🌙 What truly matters today?
💫 What can I release to make space for what’s real?
🌿 How do I want to feel, rather than just what I want to do?

Time will still fly — that’s its nature.
But when you pilot your days with intention and presence,
you stop merely existing in the passing hours —
and start living within them.

And I dont mean a quick quiet reflection, but a deep journey within to face your shadows. There’s a quiet truth that many of us spend our whole lives running from — the truth of who we really are.
Not the polished version we show to the world.
Not the one that fits in, that’s easy to love, or that always has it together.

But the raw, unfiltered self —
the one with fears, wounds, contradictions, desires, shadows.
The one who has made mistakes and carries stories that ache to be rewritten.

To accept yourself completely is not for the faint of heart.
It means facing every part of your being and saying:
You belong. Even this.

It’s standing before your reflection and no longer flinching at what you see — not because you’re perfect, but because you finally stopped demanding that you be.

This is where true healing begins.
This is where power returns.
Because the moment you embrace your wholeness, nothing and no one can use your “flaws” against you.

Acceptance doesn’t mean you stop evolving.
It means you evolve from love — not from shame.

Our "favourite" flaws that we are so desperately trying to hide from others and even ourselves, being in denial or pretending its not there, or forcing to change it, or wearing a mask... It all sounds like a lot of work, and in a lot of cases this work goes against you, as over time, regardless how much you try, them come through.

True freedom begins the moment you stop fighting parts of yourself. The moment you stop hiding, apologising, or shrinking away from what makes you imperfect, you step into your power.

Because when you own your shadows, no one can weaponize them. When you embrace your scars, they become symbols of resilience, not shame. And when you stop needing to be “perfect,” you become whole.

This is where healing transforms into sovereignty, where vulnerability turns into strength, and authenticity becomes your greatest protection.

Had the loveliest morning with Steve @stefruggeristudio @thisisstefruggeri and regardless of how long we talk, it is just never enough 😆

And it got me thinking about this quote that I just had to dig out, as it resonates so much!

What a beautiful reminder that beneath all our stories, differences, paths, we are one. Flowing from unique sources, shaped by distinct landscapes, yet all returning to the same great ocean of consciousness.

We often see ourselves as separate — different names, experiences, wounds, dreams — but at our essence, we are made of the same energy, the same breath of creation.
When we meet each other, it’s not coincidence, it’s recognition.
One current merging with another, remembering it was never alone.

And someday, when our time here ripples to its still point, we’ll return to the Source together: pure, free, and infinite once more.

So here are some things that I'm reflecting on, and sharing with you as well:

Life is full of moments when the shadows seem to stretch endlessly before us: worries, doubts, regrets, the echoes of things we can’t quite let go of. But the truth is, shadows only exist where there is light.

When we turn our face towards the sunshine — towards hope, gratitude, faith, and possibility — those shadows naturally fall behind us. Not because they’ve disappeared, but because we’ve chosen to focus on what gives life, not what drains it.

I saw this trend on social media with people posting their museum of failures... 🤯

Failure. That word alone used to make me uncomfortable. I used to think that failing meant I’d done something wrong, that I wasn’t good enough, prepared enough, or worthy enough. But over time, and through a fair few humbling lessons from the Universe, I’ve realised that failure is actually the soul’s way of stretching.

Every time we fall, we are invited to rise differently.
Every closed door forces us to question what’s truly aligned.
Every ‘mistake’ becomes a sacred redirection.

When I look back, my biggest leaps didn’t come from playing it safe — they came from the moments I risked something, said yes even though I was terrified, and let myself be seen, raw and real. Boy the amount of times I've failed, keep failing and will definitely be failing in the future

The truth is — if you’re brave enough to fail, you’re already succeeding. Because you’re showing up for your dreams. You’re daring to create, to love, to try again. You’re saying to the Universe, “I trust myself enough to fall and I trust life enough to catch me.”

I meaaaan...

Sometimes I look up and say, “Really? That’s the lesson? Now?!”
Because let’s be honest — growth doesn’t always come wrapped in moonlight and angel wings. Sometimes it arrives disguised as chaos, confusion, or heartbreak. And in those moments, I don’t always feel enlightened… I feel tested. A LOT.

Spirit guides love a bit of mystery, they’ll drop a sign, close a door, or pull the rug out and just… watch you figure it out. And yes, I know it’s all “divine timing” and “soul evolution,” but when you’re in the middle of it, it can feel more like cosmic mischief.

Still, every single time I’ve looked back, I’ve realised: the Universe was right (again).
The delays were protection or divine redirection, or sacred recalibration. The endings were redirections.
The silence wasn’t abandonment,it was integration.

So if you’re in that in-between space — where nothing makes sense and your guides have gone suspiciously quiet — you’re not doing it wrong. You’re in the middle of your becoming. I know I am, not sure what I am becoming but I'm definitely brewing!

Hear me out. You can laugh at me, I don't care - I love airports. Not the security bit or crazy pret crowds or rushing to board. I mean the time in between when you're waiting.

Airports are so much more than busy hubs of travel. They are portals (in my humble fairy opinion), thresholds between worlds, places where time bends and the ordinary rules seem to pause.

Think about it: in one building, you stand suspended between your past and your future. You haven’t yet arrived, but you’ve already left. The air hums with anticipation, dreams, and the collective energy of thousands of people setting out on their own journeys.

There is something deeply meditative about this liminal space. Sitting at the gate or somewhere on a bench or supping your coffee plane spotting, you are in a rare pause, the in-between where you can reflect on where you’ve been and where you’re going. The hustle of daily life fades, replaced with a sense of possibility.

Airports remind us that life itself is a journey of thresholds, endings and beginnings, departures and arrivals. Every transition is a portal. Every moment of waiting holds the potential for magic.

As I'm going away for 2 weeks, last time I went back home was exactly a year ago. Curiously, 15 years ago I was leaving home moving permanently to London, and now its in reverse. Pausing my active life again for 2 weeks, and who knows what they will bring and what will happen afterwards, but for now I'm just in this magical portal in between, soaking it all in, allowing my thoughts to wander, writing my book (again!), journalling and welcoming whatever ideas come through. Will keep you posted!

Next time you find yourself in an airport, take a breath. Close your eyes. Feel the energy of a thousand stories interwoven. And remember: you, too, are standing at the edge of a new chapter, ready to fly.
