The experience
When you have been holding everything together, giving yourself permission to stop can feel surprisingly difficult. Golden Cocoon offers a space to put down the demands of the day and turn your attention gently inwards.
This infrared sound bath brings together comforting warmth, guided relaxation and the resonant sounds of singing bowls and other carefully chosen instruments. As you settle into a comfortable resting position, you will be invited to connect with your breath, set a personal intention and allow the sounds to become an anchor for your attention.
You might imagine yourself wrapped in golden light, gently withdrawing from the outside world and returning to your own quiet centre. There is nothing to achieve and no particular experience you need to have.
Come as you are, whether you are feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy or simply craving some uninterrupted time for yourself.
