Free Online Meditation Class: Join Moon Haven’s Monthly Healing Circle
When life feels full, taking an hour for yourself can feel surprisingly difficult. There is always something to finish, someone to respond to or another thought asking for your attention. Even when you finally sit down, your mind might still be working through everything you have been carrying.
Moon Haven’s free online meditation class offers a gentle place to pause. Held on the last Wednesday of every month, our online healing circle brings us together for an hour of guided meditation, reflection and reconnection, wherever we are in the world.
You do not need to know how to meditate, have a quiet mind or arrive feeling positive. You can come as you are, whether you feel overwhelmed, curious, tired, disconnected or simply ready to make a little space for yourself.
I’m Theana, founder of Moon Haven, and I guide each circle personally. We begin with a brief welcome, move into a guided meditation and finish with time to return gently, reflect and integrate the experience.

What is an online meditation class?
An online meditation class is a guided session you join through your phone, tablet or computer. Instead of travelling to a studio, you settle into your own space and follow the facilitator’s guidance live.
For some people, meditating alone can feel difficult to begin or maintain. You might wonder what to focus on, whether you are doing it properly or what to do when your thoughts keep interrupting. A guided session gives you something to return to, with a voice leading you through the practice.
At Moon Haven, the class takes the form of a monthly healing circle. It is a shared experience with a simple structure: we arrive together, meditate together and allow time to close the session before moving back into our evening.
There is no pressure to achieve a particular state. The invitation is to notice your experience, meet yourself with a little more kindness and practise giving yourself your own attention.

A free online healing circle, wherever you are
You do not have to live in London or be able to attend Moon Haven’s in-person events to join this circle. Our online gathering makes it possible to connect from your own home, whether you are nearby or joining from another country.
Perhaps your schedule makes travelling difficult. Perhaps you feel more comfortable exploring meditation in familiar surroundings. Or perhaps you have been wanting to try a healing circle but have not quite known where to start.
This is a gentle introduction to the way I work and a chance to experience a live guided meditation without a financial commitment.
The circle is free because I want there to be an accessible way into the Moon Haven community. You are welcome to join once to see how it feels, or return each month and make this hour part of your own rhythm of reflection and self-care.
Who is this free online meditation class & Healing circle for?
The circle welcomes people who are new to meditation, those returning after a break and those who already have a practice but enjoy being guided in a group.
It may feel particularly relevant if you:
Find it difficult to switch off. Your day has ended, but your thoughts are still moving through tasks, conversations and everything that comes next.
Feel pulled in different directions. You spend a lot of time responding to other people and would like an hour to reconnect with yourself.
Want to begin meditating. You are curious about the practice but would prefer guidance to figuring it out alone.
Miss a sense of connection. You would like to share a quiet, intentional experience with others, without needing to explain your whole story.
Feel drawn to spiritual exploration. You are interested in meditation, energy healing or chakra awareness and want an accessible starting point.
Already meditate and want a monthly touchpoint. You appreciate having a regular space to pause, reflect and return to your practice.
You do not need to identify as spiritual or hold particular beliefs. You can engage with the meditation in a way that feels meaningful and comfortable for you.
What happens during our one-hour healing circle?
The session has three parts: a brief introduction, the guided meditation, and closing and integration. This gives us time to settle before the practice and return afterwards, rather than ending the call as soon as the meditation finishes.
1️⃣A brief welcome and introduction
We begin by arriving together. I introduce the session, explain what to expect and offer a little guidance to help you get comfortable.
This is a moment to put down the day as much as you can. You might notice how you are feeling, adjust your position or quietly choose an intention for the hour. Your intention does not need to be profound. “I would like a moment to breathe” is more than enough.
I will also remind you that you can adapt the practice. You can keep your eyes open, change position or take a break whenever you need to.
2️⃣A live guided meditation
The meditation forms the main part of our time together. I guide you step by step, so you do not need to memorise a technique or decide what to do next.
Depending on the focus of the circle, the practice may include grounding, noticing your natural breathing, gentle body awareness, visualisation, energy healing or chakra awareness.
These are invitations to explore your experience. You do not need to see vivid images, feel energy or have a dramatic emotional response to participate. Sometimes a meditation feels spacious; sometimes you notice how busy your mind has been. Both are experiences you can meet with curiosity.
If your thoughts wander, you can return to my voice, the support beneath your body or what you can notice in the room around you. There is no need to criticise yourself each time your attention moves.
3️⃣ Closing and integration
Towards the end, I guide you back into awareness of your surroundings. We take time to notice the body, introduce gentle movement and return at a comfortable pace.
Integration means giving yourself a moment to recognise what you experienced and consider how you want to carry it into everyday life.
You might notice that you need a quieter evening, a little more rest or a kinder approach to something you have been struggling with. You might simply appreciate having taken the hour for yourself.
There will be space for personal reflection before we close. You can write something down, sit quietly or notice one small thing you would like to take forward.
What if I cannot quiet my mind?
You do not need a silent mind to join an online meditation class. If you arrive with a busy head, you have not failed before the session has even started.
During the practice, you may remember something you need to do, replay a conversation or find yourself planning tomorrow. When you notice this, you can gently return to the guidance.
That return is part of the practice. You do not have to force thoughts away or turn meditation into another task you must perform perfectly.
You also do not need to feel completely relaxed by the end. Come with openness rather than a demand that the hour must make you feel a certain way.
How to prepare for your online meditation class
You do not need special equipment, crystals or a beautifully arranged meditation corner. A few practical preparations can help you settle and follow the session more comfortably.
✅Choose a comfortable place
Find somewhere you can sit or lie down with support. A chair, sofa, bed or mat can all work. You do not need to sit cross-legged, and comfort matters more than how your position looks.
If possible, choose a place where you are unlikely to be interrupted. Let anyone you live with know that you will be taking an hour for yourself.
✅Check your connection and sound
Make sure your device is charged or connected to power, and check that your internet and audio are working.
Headphones are optional, but they may help you hear the guidance clearly and reduce distractions. Keep the volume at a comfortable level.
✅Wear something easy to relax in
Choose clothes that allow you to sit, lie down and breathe comfortably. Have a blanket or an extra layer nearby if you tend to feel cool when resting.
✅Keep a few simple things within reach
You may like to have:
A glass of water or a cup of tea
A cushion or blanket
A candle or an incense to create that magical atmosphere
A notebook and pen for reflection afterwards
Your joining link, ready to open
These are optional comforts. You can join with very little preparation.
✅Give yourself a small transition
If you can, stop other tasks a few minutes before the session begins. Put your phone on silent, close unnecessary tabs and give yourself a moment to arrive.
You do not need an elaborate ritual. Even a brief pause between your day and the circle can help you approach the session with more attention.
Staying comfortable during the meditation
You remain in charge of how you participate throughout the circle. You can keep your eyes open, sit rather than lie down, move your body or pause the practice.
There is no need to force deep breaths or follow an instruction that feels uncomfortable. If focusing inward feels too intense, you can look around the room, feel your feet against the floor or notice a familiar object nearby.
Please join from somewhere you can safely rest your attention. Do not take part while driving or doing another activity that needs your concentration.
Our healing circle is a wellbeing and spiritual practice, rather than individual therapy or medical treatment. If you have questions about whether the format will suit you, please contact me before booking so we can discuss what the session involves.
What can you expect to feel afterwards?
There is no single correct response to meditation. You may feel quieter, more present or grateful for the pause. You may feel sleepy, thoughtful or aware of feelings you had not had time to notice.
You may also finish without a striking change. That does not mean you have done anything wrong. You have still given yourself time to step away from doing and pay attention to your experience.
Try to leave a little space after the session if your evening allows it. Drink some water, stretch gently or spend a few minutes with your journal before opening your messages again.
Useful reflection questions include:
What did I notice during the meditation?
What feels different, if anything, from when I arrived?
What do I need for the rest of this evening?
What is one small way I can support myself tomorrow?
You do not need to turn your reflections into a plan. Sometimes noticing is enough.
Meet your guide: Theana, founder of Moon Haven

I’m Theana, an Energy Alchemist, Spiritual Coach and founder of Moon Haven. My work brings together guided meditation, energy healing, spiritual exploration and practical reflection through one-to-one sessions, circles, workshops and courses.
After nearly two decades in the corporate world, I understand how easy it can be to keep functioning while feeling disconnected from yourself. That experience informs the way I hold space: with warmth, room for real life and no expectation that you must arrive feeling calm or have everything figured out.
I created this free monthly circle as an invitation to pause and reconnect. Whether this is your first experience of meditation or part of a longer spiritual journey, you are welcome here.
